4th Gen how do i get the national dex?

i really need to know how to get it cause then i can get all my legendaries off my emerald

See all 149 pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex, u dont have to catch em. Also Manaphy is exceptional, u dont have to see it or get it.

dang i dont know were they all are tho...does battling a trainer off wifi work?

Umm when u get to the end of the game and battled almost all the trainers including the Elite four and champion, the only one left to see is Dialga if u have Pearl or Palkia if u have Diamond. At the end of the game u have to see cynthias grandmother at Celestic town and gives u info about Dialga or Palkia
