I need to know if my Pokemon are hacked or not.

Is there a site I can check.

I'm kind of afraid my level 40 shiny Latias that used to have PokeRus is hacked or not.I got it off GTS and is there anywhere I can check?:'(

You are usually able to check by where the Pokémon is from and what level they were obtained.

Well, what I do is I check it's location and level.

For instance, if there's a Rayquaza at level 58, then it's obviously a hack, since they can only be caught at level 70.

As for location, if you have a, let's say, Glameow, and it says it was caught at Valley Windworks, that too, is a hack.

And that's really all I can tell you.

there isn't any way of knowing honestly... I don't think Nintendo is going to be all mean about hacked Pokemon like they are in the past... I'd say put it up against it's weakness and see how well it handles battle, if it can win without even trying hardly, then I'd say it's hacked... but I don't think you can really have a choice with people hacking up Pokemon left and right.

I don't understand what you are trying to say.

Is a normal Latias caught in Hoenn at level 40?

    Most likely yours is legit.

Thanks! That's great to know. It's japanese, as well.

Some people ask for the OT and ID #'s, how can people check it that way?

Well, hmmm, the OT will be specific if it is an 10th anniversary pokemon. Ex: I think the anniversary jirachi has the OT WSHMKR. And the ID number I have no idea.

Well I don't have any 10th Anniversary pokemon. Is there any other way to check. I was searching google and nothing.

People ask for OT & ID number because some Pokemon (like Celebi) can only be obtained legitimately from an event, in which case they have a special OT & ID number.

Actually, there's no real way to know if yours is legitimate or not. The best way would be to check its stats against the maximum stats (available on Serebii), but even if those match it still could be from a cheat. Chances are it's probably not legitimate, since I have doubts that someone would offer up a legitimate shiny Latias.

by hacked, do you mean ALL normal stats and everything caught w/ action replay? or completely different like location, moves, stats etc.?

I mean by the location, level, moves, and stats, are they different from a normal level 40 Latias.
