[Scripting Question] How do I make all attacking moves able to hit opponents regardless of distance from the attacker in Triple Battles?

Triple Battles have this system where Pokemon can only use most attacks on each other if they're close enough to each other, so how can I delete that restriction from my game entirely?

Whether a Pokemon is in the middle, on the left, or on the right, it should be able to attack any one of its opponents. And moves that hit multiple enemies (or all battlers) should hit all enemies or all battlers as if distance doesn't matter. Putting a Pokemon in the center slot shouldn't expose it to any more danger than putting it on the leftmost slot or the rightmost slot.
