[Question] How do I make custom Pokémon Cries? (Without the traditional Gamefreak Method)

    Okay like the title says. Guys how do you make custom Pokémon cries? What programs do you use? (preferably free)
    Any specific steps that I should follow?


    (Please don't redirect me to the one online which you can "code" in the cry like GameFreak does. That's ULTRA HARDCORE stuff for me)
