    Hello. Alyosha Hacks here.
    I want to use my blog. I cannot make one and cannot find anything other than the Control
    Panel that relates to my blog.
    I need help starting a blog.
     
    You don't get access to the blog unless you are a supporter tier 3 and higher, have 5000 posts, win a contest that awards you one, or become a staff member. So, if you want one, you could donate to become a tier 3 supporter. That's the easiest way.
