How do I put a picture in my sig?

I'm trying to put an image in my signature but I can't figure it out. The option to "Insert Image" prompts me with a space to enter a URL address.. how do I put in a picture that I have saved on my own computer?

And you need to have an image host online to host your pictures as well. You can try search engines like [URL=https://www.yahoo.com]Yahoo[/URL] for one.

Um...that's quite a good reasoning, but the offtopic place is for things that cannot fit elsewhere. Such questions could go into Community Questions & Feedback
