How do I "submit" a new egg move?

I kind of accidentilly found an egg move that the Nincada family can learn by accident, I was teaching one Silver Wind with the Venomoth I had bread a while ago, and the resulting Nincada knew 3 of the moves that Venomoth did. Silver Wind, which I was going for. Gust, which I also knew was going to happen. Giga Drain, which I taught Venomoth using a Parasect. I was not expecting the Giga Drain, so I looked at serveral websites and none of them listed Giga Drain as an Egg Move for Nincada/Ninjask/Shedinja.

What would be a good way to 'spread the word'?

Actually, it's nothing new.
Nincada can learn Giga Drain via TM, and when you breed Pkmn, TM moves will be transferred as well.

Eg: A Wailord with Earthquake and Rest + Ursaring -> Teddisura with Earthquake and Rest.
