How do i teach Arbok/Ekans Poison Fang and Poison Tail?

You need to breed a female Ekans/Arbok with a male Seviper that knows those moves. Sorry to dissapoint you if you don't have one.

However, look in Trade Corner, somebody'll probs give you on for free:D
