In order to use the Eon Ticket you need an E-reader to slide the card in or if you have beaten the E4 in Emerald if you have picked the color red you can transfer Latios on to the Emerald version which I now have both Latias and Latios

Scan it on the E-reader. You should have no problems

Ok now go to the Lilycove port (ferry) which will take you to Southern Island
