How do I make NPC's move or turn around on there own, like in pokemon games where certain NPC's and trainers move on there own without the need of a the player needing to activate anything, which let's the player avoid certain trainers.

All events have a section called autonomous movement. To make your own pathing, go to custom, then change the move path. Use frequency to determine how often it enacts its move path, and speed to determine how fast it actually moves.

An easy way to make a spinner is to just put "Turn 90 left" into the move route and put it on repeat.
