How do you get a shiny Celebii

I saw there is a shiny celebii avatar on Serebii and Bulbapedia but how do you get one? All the event pokemon are the regular ones and you can't get it any other way.

I dont think you can. I think its one of those things thats in game but impossible to get. I know theres a couple of Pokemon that have shiny sprites but the games programed to where you will never encounter them.

There's no way to get a shiny Celebi. It's just that every pokemon has a shiny sprite.
