4th Gen How do you get master balls? (Diamond)

How can you get master balls apart from Cyrus and from the lottery at the Jubilife tv centre?

The way I get them is clone them on my emerald and let the pokemon i transfer to my diamond/pearl hold them. The only other way is by getting them on other games. Or, trading for them with friends or on wifi.
