3rd Gen how do you get the Birth Island/Navel Rock ticket

In Japan, from a Wonder Spot. Outside of Japan, no-one knows. And this isn't the place to post this. I know you're new here, but just go read the rules, and welcome to PC :-)
 
You can cheat or u can get a nintendo promtion that gives u a ticket to get to a island there are two one for each island.

Also I believe this should be in the Simple Qs next time ask it there
 
There is a thread for codes already. Please use it, instead of filling our forums with waste that has already been answered several times over... thank you
