    Where do I get one?

    I need to evolve my magmar
     
    Wild Magby (Post-National Dex; LeafGreen must be in GBA slot to encounter; more common in Diamond)
     
    I caught about 4 wild magbys in stark mountain? they aren't holding a magmarizer
     
    or instead of wasting Pokeballs. Just get a Pokemon that knows theif and when you run into them just use theif and maybe one of them can have the item
