Well, first you need to find some Pokemon images you want to use for your animation; and, then if you don't have one already, download an animation program. Jasc's Paint Shop Pro is an awesome paint program that comes with its own animation shop. I suggest you try using that one and you can get it here. ^_^

You need to edit the images so they are in the right poses, then you can put them into your animation program as frames.

Okies. Make your frames for your animation. Then download https://www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/ and drag files in order (must be .gif) and pick time between frame and save. Make take a few tries to get the right time but It's a simple program.
