How Does Umbreon Learn Growth??

HOW DOES UMBREON learn growth? i need to know if i'm gonna get my team together on my gbc.

i dont know if it does as it would be weird if it did learn it . but anyway if its going to learn it the best idea is for it to be a TM

I don't think there is a TM for Growth. You could try breeding and getting Egg Moves but I'm not sure if UNbreon can even learn Grwoth. Seems like a strange thing for Umbreon to learn Growth.

It's something to do with receiving a Growth-weilding Eevee from the NYC Poke Centre. I don't live in America, so I don't know.

Growth is a promotional move in GSC... Good evil days of Jolteon baton passing growth to eveyrone else... -_-
