    righto get this.

    example 1:

i was chaining roselia for hours (more than 3)

this was before i knew all the rules and odds and whatnot.
i got a chain of thirty, i was so close and so happy.
    then it broke.

i was so angry, so i decided to go do something else,
and went to catch rotom, as i hadnt yet and it was late.
as soon as i reached him, he came up shiny. :)

    example 2:
just the other day, i was chaining mareep when i accidentally broke the chain
at 38. im a very impatient person, so i was very, VERY angry.
i started the chain up again, and after 20, got the shiny mareep. YAY.

    example 3:
i heard of this guy that got a chain of 40 ditto, waited for hours to find one, and accidentally broke the chain. he started again, and found a shiny ditto after 4.

weird huh? is this some kind of sorry system in d/p, or do u think it is just a total coincidence? cos ilike it.

Sorry, but all the replies were offtopic. This isn't to discuss chaining. Look somewhere else to see what it means.

I'm not sure if D/P has a 'sorry' system, as I don't think someone can prove it exists, so, for now, I'll say it's just coincidence.

actually that happen to me i was chaining elekid and broke the chain with a shiny bidoof... and another time wen i was chaining i broke the chain and just started running around to wear off the repel and bam a shiny buizel pop out

Okay how freaky is this, my brother ran into a shiny nidorina in tha safari zone once and it ran from him. Then it kept returning but he never caught it. Are they supposed to do that

seems like that nidorina was playing with him but im starting to think d/p do have a system in them that enables you to gets shinies depending on certain things done in the game besides chaining
