    It looks like you used export to text on NB, so why arn't there EV spreads? Anyway, hope this helps!     :D

    Actually, I did this all from my head. THey have EVs, but I'm too lazy to train so I use vitamins..... thanks for the tips ^_^

    Blissey can learn Seismic Toss??

    I actually like the second one.
    Nothing except steel resists dragon claw and with a few CM + soul dew and the fact that steels generally don't have high SpDef means that i can take out pretty much everything..
    its interesting..
    Not as effective as the first one
    but fun..

    Seems fine to me. I'd prefer Latias w/ Soul Dew and possibly replace recover w/ Calm Mind.

    Fly def. needs to be another attack. Ho-oh can learn Psychic, if you're going for a full sweeper.

    Ice Beam/Flamethrower/Thunderbolt
    Thunderbolt/Flamethrower/Ice Beam (IB and TB both cover Flying weakness. I would consider IB over TB because it works better against Dragons, but TB doesn't leave you open against Sharpeedo or Houndoom)

    Sure, why not? However, FG has higher Attack than Special.

    Isn't Latias' special higher w/ Soul Dew than Latios? If so, why not do the same, cut recover, and add Psychic? The combination of the 3 gets a hyper-special'd out beast w/ 2 STABed OHKO-dealing moves and HP fire, which will clean up Metagross and Jirachi.
     
    Cause stuff faster than it can easily wear it down then

    Recover is so that you can tank and Calm Mind more
