[Scripting Question] How make make gift pokemon shiny?

The easiest way is likely to flip 'shiny switch' on before and right after that event.
That would 'make it shiny', and I recommend it for what you're up to.

There's a premade Essential map called 'Faraday Island' , it has a mew event that is shiny, check and replicate that.
Control Switch #31 is shiny, #32 is 'fateful encounter'
