I'll be closing this because we already have a thread asking about importing and we don't need more than one thread about imports.
But I'll just remind you that the retail price of the English version of a Pokémon game is usually around $35-40. Factor in that: 2) Japanese games are more expensive than they are in NA, 2) you're paying extra for shipping from Japan or an Asian country where the game was released early, and 3) you're covering the cost of the exchange rate (usually factored into the price of the store you buy it from).
:( You're unlikely to find the JP games going for any less than $60 and it's more likely that you'll get them around $70 or $80.
