How rare....

depends, because i have pokemon cards like that:
Kirlia:Fire
Ralts:Fire
Quilava: Psychic
Cyndaquil: Psychic
Gardevoir: Dark&Psychic

They don't seem that rare to me, but yeah, if it is a legendary card, it's rare. But golden cards are more rare
