Hi everyone! I'm new to Project Pokemon. My goal is to release all Pokemon ROM hacks where all Pokemon battles (maybe except wild Pokemon Battles, and post-game battles) take place on slippery ice tiles (or in Pokemon Black and White, spilled honey and ice). Its called "Pokemon Kawaii [name of subname]." For example, Pokemon Kawaii Black. This ROM hack is projected to feature ONLY Pokemon that is cute to me (Pokemon introduced in the game is my priority). Because of this, this game is projected to be easier than the normal Pokemon Black/White because there are a lot of unevolved Pokemon. Oh. and let's not forget. I may add, remove, or modify trainers if I want to. But wait! I have to change all three starters to all three Poison-type Pokemon, Skuntank, Koffing, and Swalot. So my question is:

A: How do I edit floor tiles?
B: How do I put honey tiles or slippery ice on the floor in a different tileset (e.g. the honey in a tileset other than Tileset 230 (the tileset for the third gym battle))?
C: How do I edit Trainers and their Pokemon?
D: How do I modify the Trainers's placement on a map?
E: How do I modify starter Pokemon?
F: How do I add a second ice (or in Pokemon Black and White, honey tile) that will sometimes trigger a wild Pokemon battle?
G: How do I edit the Pokemon's moveset?
H: How do I send a ROM hack into the website?

Hmmmm, I don't understand this, but I need the tools regarding what I said when modifying the Pokemon games for the Nintendo DS.

Just something for you to know, but the vast majority of tools for Pokemon hacks are made for the GBA titles, in particular FireRed and Emerald.
While the DS games are absolutely hackable there are less tools and less people experienced in it. So you could hack your way into a corner if you don't carefully consider your options.

So I ran a search and it looks like this video teaches how to edit trainers in Black and White using a program that is linked to in the description.

You might want to make a Pokemon Kawaii FireRed hack first. You'd probably make a lot more headway quicker and could learn skills to bring into the next Kawaii installment.

So far there isn't any simple program which would allow full map editing on NDS.
sdsme is a map editor, not sure if there are updates, but you can't do that
many changes to a map with it.

As for the tiles, you will need to unpack the rom and edit
graphic files(.narc etc.), if that's what you're aiming at.
