    I want to make a ROM of Pokemon Crystal of Fixing some characters teams and stuf, and I got a lot of the tools that I will need early on, but the one I need is a Pokemon Adder so I can add Beta Pokemon that didn't get in. But no matter where I can find it, I don't see one anywhere. If you have any tools that you recommend, I would like to hear them.
