[Scripting Question] How to always scroll down in a list of commands

    Hello there,
    could anyone maybe help me with a scripting question. I am trying to make a list of commands similar to for example the bag or the pokedex but i want to always scroll the list as soon as you press down.
    To be more specific: when you scroll down a list you first have to reach a certain threshold to move the first command in the list up so that it isnt visible anymore. I would like to make this threshold in my list 1, so that when you press down on the first command, it scrolls up and isnt visible anymore. The cursor stays at the same position the entire time.
    Hope anyone could help.
