how to change email for PTC account?

I would strongly suggest you take Pokémon Trainer Club questions directly to the PTC website.
I would also strongly suggest you use the features provided on their site first, as all the information is clearly laid out once you're logged in under your profile information.

And should you not be able to log in, standard procedures for obtaining your basic account information is right on the login page.

Then wait for the maintenance to finish. Nothing anyone can do about that.
As I already mentioned, if you have issues specifically with PTC, then address it with PTC representatives. This isn't PTC and you'd be hard pressed to find CS professionals here who can troubleshoot your account problems.
