How to change speed while walking and while on the bike ???

I searched the site for the Pokémon Essentials Wikia, and I even found it, but I do not know how to mess with scprits and I could not change ...
I need someone to tell me DETAILLY so I can understand, because on my site I did not understand: /

Walking, running and cycling speeds are set in the script section Game_Player_Visuals, in def update. By default, walking speed is 3.8, running speed is 4.8, and cycling speed is 5.2.

See this tidbit from around line 63 to line 68:

Change the bolded values to alter the speed. Don't put them too high though
