[ASM & Hex] How to change Surf Flag in CFRU

After 3 days trying to find it, i finally found.
In the Hex editor find the Hex values: 10 B5 04 20 FF F7 E6 FF 10 BD 10 B5 00 20 FF F7 E1 FF 10 BD
change the XX for the number for the badge you want: 10 B5 XX 20 FF F7 E6 FF 10 BD 10 B5 00 20 FF F7 E1 FF 10 BD
Exemple: if i want the 4º badge, i'll put "03".
