How do I change the surfing pokemon ow sprites? And is there a way to make them bigger, like 64x64?

Well you change then using a program called over world editor rebirth. Or an equivalent program. I'm not sure if there is a way to change it to 64x64... that would be pretty useful

Use NSE 2.X and I don't know if resizing it is possible or not.
