How to delete the one island event in fire red?

    i am very new to rom hacking and recently started making a hack where it reverses the order of the kanto reigon. so Blaine is the first gym leader but i want to delete the one island event that triggers with bill directly after. i dont want the one island event to exist at all. i already made a different way to get hm6 rock smash without going to the island so please if someone can help!!!!!
     
    You can go to Advance map, click on Cinnabar Island map, go to header tab, under the map script box [script no.], click the up arrow.
    Once you do that, you should see the type 2 level script that's there, click the remove button, save map scripts and then the save button in the upper left corner. That should be enough to get rid of the event with Bill.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!! you made me so happy right now. ive been working on this rom for months and every time i make really good progress something like that would happen to try and ruin all my ideas. its been a long road but i got over every obstacle. hopefully soon my game will be finished :smile:
