Hello! I've been trying to learn how to give the player a selection from the list of all Pokémon so an NPC can gift it to them. I've been learning how to do scripting, but so far haven't seen something that can help me with that. The closest thing I could find was the multichoice command, but it only lets players choose from the options of a preset list. Is there a way to make a new list perhaps? Or maybe I could have the player enter the name of the Pokémon they want with the nickname screen somehow?

If I can help clarify anything, please feel free to ask.

EDIT: I think maybe it would help if I specified a bit more. I'm using XSE to edit scripts for a FireRed ROM, and I'm using AdvanceMap for the mapping.
