How to insert Fakemon?

I got the programs needed to make a Pokemon Hack.
-Advance Map
-Advance Text
-Visual Boy Advance
-Pokemon Fire Red
-unLZ-GBA
-PokeTronic

But instead of using existing Pokemon/Pokemon sprites, i want to add my own. Like Fakemon.
I already got the 2 sprites i will be needing.
And now what i want to do, is Record a battle scene with the 2 fakemon fighting.

They would be both level 64.
The pokemon I would be a Female and would be using would have the moves:
Attract | Recover | Low Kick | Close Combat
Stats would be...:
HP: 276
Attk: 197
Def: 212
Spd: 313
Sp.Atk: 134
Sp.Def: 214

And the pokemon i would battle would be a male and would have the moves...
Recover | Judgment | Extreme Speed | Swords Dance
And stats:
HP: 376
Atk: 243
Def: 217
Spd: 483
Sp.Atk: 194
Sp.Df: 243
