How to replace Suicune in Crystal Version?

    I'm creating a one for one replacement of suicune in a rom hack with Entei

    It has mostly been the case of swapping the word suicune with entei in the code.

    it has worked perfectly in the Burned Tower and In the Tin Tower but when it comes to route 42, Route 36 and Cianwood City, it fails.

    the colour of the sprite that was once suicune is now correct, red to match entei but it just shows the players sprite instead of enteis.

    Has anyone got any idea to help?
