Hello everyone! I'm new to rom-hacking and I'm really bad at that.... I've read countless tutorials but I can't understand even with them and there are a lot of softwares that I don't understand how to even download or open on my computer. Yet I really want to create a gen 3 rom hack.... Could someone help me? I'm lost? I understand nothing? Where can I find resources for dumb beginners like me(even easier than the tutorials in here?)
