In order to download Pokemon X or Y (or both!), you'll need to go to have internet enabled on your 3DS, and go into the eShop. You should be able to do a search from the eShop menu, where you can look up your preferred game. You could also just type Pokemon if you're looking for other stuff from the series as well. Once you find your game, make sure that you've got enough money in your store wallet or have a credit card handy, and after paying, you should be able to download the game as long as you have enough free space on your system.
