how usefull is it/is it the best I can do?

    I have an absol with supper luck, slash, and I have a razor claw. now with all these things his criticle hit ratio is 35/100 (I figure it rounds out to 1/3). how usefull is it / can I get one with that move that sais "so and so is geting pumped"..... I forget what it is called
