[Other] How would I go about removing the help screen and Oaks intro in Fire Red?

    I've started making a hack and wanted to get the beginning all sorted out. I want the player to start a new game without any intro cutscenes or the Pikachu help screen, and get straight into the game, with NPCs asking them for their name and such. How would I go about doing this?
