3rd Gen How's this for a Plusle moveset?

*Plusle... one little Pikachu wanna-be that's not usable at all... one quick attack from Zangoose and that's all it needs for this critter to die with base 40 def x_x*

*Plusle- timid (it's still not that fast with timid...) @ lum berry
-thunder wave
-thunderbolt/Volt Tackle
-fake tears
-HP Water/Ice

Volt Tackle: might as well... you won't live long anyway that recoil won't make a difference to your survivability
Fake Tears: will certainly be your savior if you're against stallers... then you have time to use fake tears then attack *
