3rd Gen How's this for an Altaria moveset?

I'm no expert at this but I can help a bit:
Altaria (I'll edit when I find the personality and item)
You definitely need Dragon Dance and can Altaria learn Refresh? If so this would be my moveset:
Dragon Dance
Aerial Ace/Dragonbreath
Flamethrower
Rest/Refresh
But I=Bad at this. :D
 
Yeah, it can learn Refresh. Except I taught mine a new move over it and now I really regret it. ^_^;
 
Two words: Heart Scale. Two more words: Move Tutor.
 
*refresh is quite a useless move... the turn you rid yourself of paralysis, one more free turn for a chance for them to ice beam you... stick on dragon dance, aerial ace, earthquake along with a hidden power... personally there are better dragon dancers out there...*
