i gave it less EVs in attack because its nature. but idk if im gunna stick with that or change it.

You can only get 252 Speed EV (well, 255 if you wanna be picky). Go with 252 Att / 252 Speed / 6 HP

Someone else can take the moves, I don't know Lucario that well yet

changes in bold, u can't get more than 252 evs in 1 stat and also steadfast>innerfocus IMO
