how do i catch all three regis without master balls, if there isn't i cant remember the cheat for unlimited master balls
You use Timer Balls.

What does this have to do with other pokemon games?
Anyway, like Memphis said, just use Timer Balls or something. Or weaken it to 1HP with False Swipes, put it to sleep/paralyze it if you can and throw millions of Ultra Balls at it.

Nope, there isn't a cheat for unlimited Masterballs
~Anyway...just try to induce them to a Status Condition...and weaken them
Or maybe just like as everybody says Use False Swipe...

Use the Sleep Status, and False Swipe until they are one HP.
Then for about 20 turns hit them with Ultra Balls. After that, shower it with Timer Balls until caught.
Basic Legendary Capture procedures. ^.^
Using cheats to get tons of Master Balls is just...lame, anyway. It would take a lot of fun out of things. =\

There isn't much difference between throwing an Ultra Ball when it's at full HP than when it's in 1 HP asleep, really. This happens with Pokémon that have a very low catch rate, so it's just a matter of luck.

Just start chucking Ultra Balls once you have its health down and once 20 turns have passed, use Timer Balls because before that, Ultra Balls will be just as -or more effective than Timer Balls.
But the chances are still higher and when catching a Pokémon with a catch rate of 3, every little boost to the odds of catching it is good to have.There isn't much difference between throwing an Ultra Ball when it's at full HP than when it's in 1 HP asleep, really. Caught all three with pokeballs. So they aren't impossible if you apply the right tactics. Sleep and False Swipes are a good combo that has been mentioned already. Good luck.
