Hurt & Heal: Baby Pokémon

Hurt and heal, we've seen it all. Evil teams, eeveelutions, and all sorts. This time, I bring you Baby Pokémon. You can only heal or hurt by one each post, but you can post more than once as long as you don't double-post. You can't heal without hurting or vice-versa. When you heal someone put '+1' next to their name, but when you hurt someone, put '-1' next to their name. Each baby starts at... ooh, lets say... 20. I'll start, shall I?

First of all, you can't add a new pokemon to the list. It will have an advantage/disadvantage than the other Pokémon, by having less time to minus/add to. Second of all, I don't have time to add every baby, oddly, I do have a life. Thirdly, some Pokémon I miss are not always not there because of an accident. The absence of him was an accident, but you did not know that. (For instance, I decided not to put Phione on there, despite the fact it could be considered a baby). I'm afraid Purple., your post is ignored. (I didn't consider him a baby at the time, to be honest).
