Hurt & Heal: Toddler Pokemon!

I don't see a hurt & heal for toddlers so here goes nothing! NO CHEATING! There will be a list of various toddler Pokemon. Each will start out at 5 and you can only add 1 and subtract one from every Pokemon. Once a Pokemon has hit 0 you can't do anything to it! Also put whatever your doing in your post in bold lettering or else it won't count! Here is the beginning list:

Igglybuff: 5
Cleffa: 5
Magby: 5
Elekid: 5
Budew: 5
Bonsly: 5
Munchlax: 5
Azurill: 5
Togepi: 5
Sneasel: 5
