Hurt 'n' Heal Rival Pokemon Games

Basic idea of a hurt and heal is to hurt your least favorite by one point, heal your favorite by one point. HOWEVER, in this game, you can only hurt and heal games that correspond with each other. You could heal pearl, but you'd have to hurt diamond or platinum.
