hydreigon, mixed or special sweeper?

ok, so ive decided to train a hydreigon and use it in wifi battles, im debating between two sets right now.

mixed sweeper
nature: rash/mild
-outrage
-dark pulse
-fire blast
-u-turn

OR

Special sweeper
nature:modest/timid
-dragon pulse/draco meteor
-fire blast
-dark pulse
-focus blast

Most people go with Special attackers, use this set;

Hydreigon @Choice Specs/Choice Scarf.
Trait : Levitate
Nature : Timid/Modest.
Ev's: 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Hp
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Surf/Focus Blast
- Dark Pulse/U-Turn

Draco Meteor for your huge STAB, along with a huge Special attack stat, even steel types will shy away from this beastly attack.

Fire Blast + Surf to give you perfect coverage with DM.

Dark pulse for a STAB against Ghosts/Psychics. Focus Blast to hit steels, but you have Fire Blast.

U-Turn is for scouting.
