I don't plan to be on for most of the day, so I'm posting today's epi discussions mega-early.

OMG, enter Psyduck! Finally we see my favorite recurring Poke enter the arena. This whole epsiode is handled badly otherwise. HopHopHop town shows up between 2 Celadon City episodes. That makes no sense unless HopHopHop town is a district like Chinatown.

Why does jenny have a sleep wave detector? Why does anyone have such a useless device?

Pokemonitis? Correct me if I am wrong but isnt an -itis an inflammation?

I like this episode for Psyduck and thats it. Psyduck ftw!

I thought this episode was good mainly cos of the introduction of Psyduck and Misty thinking that she is a Seel!

I also remember they showed a clip of "Beauty and the Beach" in this episode as if to tempt us with it! :D

An extremely "meh" episode. It's probably going on the skipping list if I ever re-watch Kanto again (um, no, I don't actually keep a list)

The Magikarp girl was kind of funny and Misty's unexpected capture *right* at the end was funny, otherwise, a very skippable episode.

Well, I did enjoy the Psyduck capture and the Rockets' glider attack. Although, it was interesting they wanted to use the Hypno to hypnotize Giovanni, as that's the first time they were untoward about him. How borderling frightening. Heh.
