Hypothetical Pokemon army list for Warhammer 40k

So I'm getting an Imperial Guard starter kit for 40k, and an idea just pooped into my head: Why don't we create an army list, just for the kicks of it? This isn't a "Pokemon vs Warhammer" topic, I just wanted to see how they would do on the tabletop, like What Troop Choices would they have, HQ, and things like that.

Hmmm, as in use current armies to make a pokemon list, or as in make an original pokemon army [codex] list?

Latter, I'd personally probably write it something like the previous codex of Tyranids where you have base units and have them customizable.

The latter, an original list. Course we could customize em with moves, but then we go to how those moves should be on the tabletop.
