I always wondered this.

I would keep Pikachu. I wouldn't want to lose such a close friend, as Raichu would act tougher, and just differently.
 
I wouldn't evolve pikachu. It's been a pikachu for such a long time, and it doesn't want to evolve anyway.
 
Eh? I don't even care for Pikachu, either way? but I do care for my Pok?mon's feelings, and if it doesn't want to evolve, it doesn't have to.

And that is fine that you don't like Pikachu, there is nothing wrong with that. but posting that you want to stab him with a 'nife' repetedly is mean, and is going to get a lot of people mad at you. Also, let me point out some spelling mistakes.... "nife" =knife, "inmature"=immature. "liv"=live.
 
No ash would never evolve pikachu, he loves pikachu and pikachu doesnt want to evolve so ash wouldnt evolve pikachu because of that.
 
i would say yes it doesn't matter much just as long as were together and it would still love me.
 
Of course not! <3 I love Pikachu, especially Ash's. ^^ I'd hate to see it's sweet personality change to something evil if it evolved. >.O

Well... I like Raichu, but Pikachu ever so much more~ and I don't think our little Pikafriend wants to evolve, so no, I wouldn't. But if it wanted to, I would.
 
If I were Ash, I wouldn't evolve Pikachu. Since it was said on the show, a Pokemon changes its personallity when it evolves. If I had that tight a bond with my Pokemon, I'd keep them they way they are. Sometimes power isn't always as strong as the strategy and effort you put into raising the Pokemon. ;)
 
Raichu is much stronger, faster, and cooler. The only thing that would hold me back is the fact Pikachu doesn't want to evolve.
