Timid LO Zapdos causes HUGE problems for you, as it outspeeds your whole team and pretty much demolishes everything. In fact, the only thing that isn't OHKO'd by the combination of T-bolt/Heatwave/HP Grass is Heatran, which still takes very heavy damage from Thunderbolt. Offensive Calm Mind Raikou does the same thing pretty much, except it flat out OHKOs everything after a boost. LO Stamie also outspeeds everything and does heavy damage.

You need something besides Scizor to revenge kill faster threats, otherwise you're not going to win many matches. At least Scarf Hetran so you can revenge kill weakened threats. There's no real problem here with covering your weaknesses with synergy, but when positive base 100 speed pokes outspeed your whole team, you're automatically going to be at a disadvantage.

I'm also using Special Lucario. Options to consider are Calm Mind and Wacuum Wave. Calm Mind would increase your sweeping potential so run that over Close Combat because you already 2KO Blissey after 1 Calm Mind and SR damage using Aura Sphere.

Close Combat hits the Special Walls like Blissey hard enough as it is.

If you want a second ground immunity/fighting resist besides gyarados you could possibly run a offensive calm mind Latias >> CMcune. Then you don't such a massive Zapdos weak.
