[I don't know if this is the right place] HELP! How do I set up WiFi?

I'm having big trouble, I have no clue in the slightest how to set up WiFi for Pokemon platinum, DS lite. :S Anyone care to help?

Go to the Wi-Fi settings in the main menu, before you select continue.
