I got a shiny mew from "AuSLove.TV" is it legit

The only legitimate shiny Mew is from Japanese Emerald version. So if yours isn't, then no.

Wait wasn't there some random events for a shiny mew in japan that wasn't by the emerald event. Or did I get a fake pokemon from a twitch streamer

The only legitimate way to get a shiny Mew is with a Japanese copy of Emerald version where you can get the Old Sea Map (only available in Japan).
So if your Mew isn't Japanese and it isn't from Gen. III, then it's hacked.
I learned this the hard way in my original Diamond playthrough when I picked up a level 100 shiny Adamant Mew in a trade.
